Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry is an American model, actress, and beauty pageant winner who received the title of Miss America in the year 1996. She was named by her mother for Ali MacGraw, an actress that was in the 1970 film "Love Story.' She has French (Cajun), Cajun roots, and was born in Cecilia Louisiana in which she attended to Cecilia High School. She was the coach of the cheerleading team at the time of her graduation and was named 'Miss Louisiana Teen America' when she was of seventeen. After that, she took home the 1996 Miss Louisiana USA' and was in the spotlight after securing the title 'Miss America. She first made an acting debut in 1997 with the tv series "Clueless". The show's popularity skyrocketed after she was dubbed "the Doritos Girl" by playing in the 'Doritos' commercial broadcast during the 1998 Super Bowl. The actress made her debut actor in the 2000 film Beautiful. Over the next few years she starred in a range of films and TV shows.
