Lesley Ann Brandt was a South African model and actress born on December 2nd 1981. Her most well-known roles are in television and movies. Brandt started out her acting in an appearance in New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Then, she landed her first American performance in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress was a part of several television shows during the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen on the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer that stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town in South Africa. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she reached her late teens. Her professional career began when she was a model in print and commercial advertisements. In the years before she was a model with a protracted career, Brandt was a saleswoman in retail as well as an information-technology recruitment consultant. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played Leilani F'auigaese back in 2009, her first big role landed. in 2021, her debut role in the spotlight was as Naevia the slave girl in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena in the year 2021, she played the character Naevia. In 2016, she was cast playing an enigmatic bounty hunter called Mazikeen in the Netflix series Lucifer. It is her largest role to date. The show features her co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
